Cleaning and flow testing your injectors are very important. Clogged injectors can cause motor issues, even causing the motor to need to be rebuilt.
For each motor we build with injectors we make sure each one is cleaned, flowed, and evaluated to determine whether it needs injectors to be replaced.

Dyno testing
Every motor is run on our marine dynamometer for testing. This ensures the rebuilt motors are properly broken in, and the used motors are running to their fullest potential. The dyno puts a load on the motor simulating the water from the lake.
We take pride in our remanufactured motors. Testing a motor's capabilities is important, and making sure it's reaching its full running compacity.
Having the tools to do the work and doing it efficiently is how we provide our customers with the highest quality rebuilt outboards on the market.
FAQ
What kind type of motors do you rebuild?
We specialize in motors from 1995 to current Mercury and Yamaha rebuilds.
We do not rebuild Mercury Force, Selective OMC motors, or Suzuki 2 strokes.
How long does it take you to rebuild a motor?
It depends on the motor and the schedule but generally, it takes 2 to 3 weeks. From taking the powerhead off, tare down, getting parts in, machine work, and reassembly it is a process. We take our time so it's done right.
Do you offer a warranty?
We offer a 90 limited warranty on all of our rebuilt powerheads.
